In Season 26, Episode 8 of the beloved kids show South Park, the main cast goes north to the beloved, wholesome school of North Park. However, things take a horrible turn when the depictions of this family friendly community turn horrific, wrongful, and even offensive.

When I, your beloved kids show watcher, saw this awful tragedy of a depiction of my school, I was shocked, immediately threw up, and even fainted. I find it not only disrespectful but also a direct attack on North Park as a whole.

In the episode, entitled Summer Sucks, the main cast wants to buy fireworks but are denied because of a kid getting hurt due to a firework-related incident at North Park. We’ve never had any firework related injuries because of fireworks let alone getting them banned in the Americas. This blatant lie is clearly anti-North Park propaganda. They then probably do bad stuff and defame the name of North Park in order to get fireworks unbanned, I wouldn’t know because I got the summary off of the South Park Wiki page and I lied about watching them. But I bet it’s really bad!

This extreme hatred of North Park continues further later into the episode when South Park face off against North Park in the game Sarcastiball. In this episode, South Parkians (Americans) are shown to be nicer than North Parkians (Canadians) despite how polite and nice we are. We are much nicer than the rude Americans. Why would they not tell the truth of how Canadians are really nice and Americans are rude?

The hatred incited by South Park has shook the community. Community members and school officials are expressing their concerns, calling the depiction of our beloved wholesome school heinous and questioning the motives behind such a move by the South Park writers, Matt Stone and Trey Parker. Some are even debating whether this portrayal goes too far, even for a show known for pushing boundaries.

It remains to be seen whether the South Park team will respond to the outcry from the North Park community or if these evil depictions of our school will remain unaddressed.
