Despite it being her first year teaching at North Park, Mrs Bhutani is a lovely teacher who teaches grades 9, 10, and 11. She is currently teaching science, careers, and biology, but she can also teach chemistry and math. If she wasn’t a teacher, Mrs Bhutani would be studying to get a PhD, and continuing her postdoctoral studies in neuroscience. Mrs Bhutani grew up in Chandigarh, India, and moved to Canada in 2017. When she isn’t talking about natural selection, she enjoys reading, traveling, and watching Bollywood movies. Above all, she values honesty and hopes to instill it in each and every one of her students. She believes that “You define your own life. Don’t let other people write your script.”
