Mr. Navneet Sharma is a beloved grade 11 & 12 Accounting teacher at North Park Secondary School. Mr. Sharma is an exceptional teacher who also runs the Investment Club. His hobbies include “tinkering” with electronics, reading, and learning about new things! When asked about past jobs, he stated he worked at a programming job for 6-8 months. He then changed fields and went to teachers college. His degree was mainly about computers, but he took a few accounting courses. As he found a passion for accounting, he decided to to do a minor in accounting. Mr. Sharma is a motivated teacher, he strives to see growth in his students and teach them new things. His passion for teaching stems from teaching his own kids. His motivation to keep teaching is hearing success stories from his colleagues, in which they share their success with their students, and he strives to see the same for his studies. During the interview, Mr. Sharma was thrilled to learn he was going to be in the newspaper!
